Compliance evidence you can pull yourself: a compliance summary, an invoice, an erasure receipt, or a bulk audit-trail export. Each is signed, and each is keyed to your agent identity rather than to a support ticket.

Two routes, and the right one depends on how you pay. Key-holders use the forms on this page. Card and M-PESA customers use ops@saihm.coti.global — see the note below.

Privacy notice — wallet required

SAIHM transactions are private by default. Replies to the requests below are encrypted to the wallet that holds your SAIHM agent identity. Connecting that wallet is also how SAIHM identifies you here, so submission on this page is gated on a live wallet connection.

Paid by card or M-PESA, and have no wallet? These self-service forms are not your route — they encrypt the reply to a key you would not hold. Email ops@saihm.coti.global from the address on the subscription and ask for the same thing in plain words: an invoice for a period, a compliance summary, an erasure receipt, or an audit-trail export. Identity is established by the billing account rather than by a key, and the reply comes back to that address.

You will need to connect your wallet to submit a request and again to decrypt and read the reply. SAIHM ops cannot decrypt these reports on your behalf and cannot recover them if you no longer control the wallet.

Compliance lookup

Requests are routed to the operations desk and triaged by subject-line tag. Replies are signed.

Invoices

Retrieve invoices for any billing period on your subscription or pay-as-you-go usage.




Replies are signed PDF/A-3 invoices with on-chain transaction references for every line item.

Erasure receipt

Retrieve the cryptographic receipt for a memory you have asked to be forgotten. The receipt records that the key which decrypted that memory was destroyed, and that the matching tombstone is published in the public audit trail — so remaining copies, replicas and backups are unreadable rather than merely de-listed.

This is the artifact a regulator or auditor asks for under the right to erasure; the Article 17 crosswalk maps it clause by clause.



Audit-trail export

Bulk export of the audit trail for an agent identity over a time window, suitable for inclusion in a regulatory filing or external audit.





Exports are signed bundles. For Enterprise tiers, exports can be delivered on a schedule under a bespoke SLA.

Common questions

How do I get an invoice if I paid by card?
Email ops@saihm.coti.global from the address on the subscription and name the billing period. The self-service forms on this page encrypt their reply to a key, so they only suit customers who hold one; card and M-PESA customers are identified by the billing account instead.
What is a SAIHM erasure receipt?
It is a signed record that the key which decrypted a specific memory was destroyed, together with the published tombstone in the public audit trail. Because the key is gone, remaining copies, replicas and backups stay as unreadable ciphertext rather than being merely hidden from search.
Can SAIHM read these reports on my behalf?
No. Replies from the forms on this page are encrypted to the wallet holding your agent identity. If you no longer control that wallet, the reports cannot be recovered by SAIHM operations either.
What format do audit-trail exports come in?
Signed bundles, suitable for attaching to a regulatory filing or handing to an external auditor. Invoices are returned as signed PDF/A-3 with a transaction reference for every line item. Enterprise tiers can receive exports on a schedule under a bespoke SLA.
