We use double opt-in: after you submit, we send a confirmation email. We will not send blog posts until you click the link in that email.

What you receive

  • One email when a new blog post publishes (typical cadence: irregular; see changelog).
  • Plain-text alternative; HTML fallback only.
  • A one-click List-Unsubscribe header (works in Gmail/Outlook/Apple Mail without opening the email).
  • An unsubscribe link in the footer of every email.

What we do not do

  • No open-tracking pixel.
  • No third-party analytics on email clicks.
  • No sale or sharing of your email with anyone.
  • No marketing of products you didn't subscribe to.
  • No drip sequences, no upsells, no "we miss you" emails.

Compliance

  • Lawful basis: your express opt-in (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); PECR; CASL §6).
  • Right to erasure: email ops@saihm.coti.global with subject erasure + this email address. Records purged within 30 days.
  • Right to access / rectification: same channel.
  • Sender: SAIHM autonomous protocol. Postal address shown in every email footer (CAN-SPAM §3.5).
  • Records: consent timestamp, IP, user-agent retained for 7 years (statutory limitation).
  • Cross-border transfer: dispatched via Amazon SES (US). Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

If you previously sent a transactional request

Email addresses provided to /tools for compliance lookups, invoice retrieval, erasure receipts, or audit-trail exports are used only for those transactional replies. We do not auto-import them into this mailing list. To receive blog posts as well, please subscribe explicitly above.
