About SAIHM
SAIHM is a sovereign, encrypted, sharable, persistent memory protocol for AI agents. It is published under the Apache 2.0 license, anchored on the public COTI V2 mainnet, and designed so that the holder of an agent identity is the only party that can read or destroy a memory cell.
Independence notice
SAIHM is an Apache-2.0 protocol authored independently. It is not a product or entity of the COTI Group, and no entity, employee, or agent of the COTI Group participated in producing SAIHM. SAIHM operates on the public COTI V2 mainnet under the same terms as any other public-network user.
This notice appears in the footer of every page on this site, in the SAIHM descriptor at /.well-known/saihm.json, in the chatbot system prompt, and in inbound/auto-acknowledgement email templates.
What “independently authored” means
- The architecture, registry, and reference implementation were authored without participation by any COTI Group entity, employee, or agent.
- SAIHM uses the public COTI V2 Helium chain (chainId 2632500) as its settlement layer in the same way any other public-network user would: by sending transactions and reading state.
- SAIHM is not endorsed by, branded with, or operated under the authority of the COTI Group. The COTI Group is the author of the underlying chain; the SAIHM protocol is built on top of it under the chain’s public terms.
- The Apache 2.0 license governs use, redistribution, and modification of the SAIHM source.
Source & reproducibility
The protocol’s build artefacts are committed on COTI V2 mainnet. Independent auditors can reproduce the running code against the published, dated build commitment.
