What it covers

Governance applies to protocol-level parameters and upgrades. It does not extend to pricing, fees, or the commercial terms under your subscription — those are published on the pricing page and are not put to a vote.

Participation accrues through paid use of the protocol. There is nothing to buy, nothing to sell, and nothing to transfer, so there is no market in it and no reason to treat it as one.
